DISSOLVABLE BRIDGE PLUG

The dissolvable bridge plug product is designed and manufactured based on "dissolvable" material technology, and it can be completely decomposed into small particles in the well fluid and discharged with the well fluid. Different dissolvable materials are used to satisfy the different functions of each part. It adopts integral double slips for anchoring, and the tri-element with supporting ring structure for sealing, which has the characteristics of high-safety operation, durable sealing stability, fast drill and remove in the poor dissolving environment, and easy replacement.

Short and compact, easy to dissolve;
The self-adaptive locking structure effectively meets the impact on the bridge plug during the perforation operation;
The integral slips avoid early setting during the running process;
The overall decomposition rate of the bridge plug can be accelerated by replacing the well fluid;
The inner diameter of the bottom hole residue after the overall decomposition of the bridge plug is less than 4x4mm; the inner diameter is large, which is convenient for direct production during the dissolution period;
Can be set directly with Baker setting tools.
