HYDRAULIC OPEN PLUG

The hydraulic open plug can also be called setting ball seat, which is connected to the bottom of the packer and used to set the hydraulic packer. Dropping a ball and applying tubing pressure after being connected to the tool and run in hole, the packer will be set when the tubing pressure increases to the setting pressure. Continue to apply pressure, the ball seat inside the plug will be sheared and the pressure be released when the tubing pressure increase to the set value.
