CASING SCRAPER

The casing scraper can be used to remove cement blocks, cement rings, hard wax, various salt crystals or sediments, perforating burrs and iron oxide produced by casing rust on the inner wall of the casing for smooth running of various downhole tools. The blade is supported internally by a spring, which can be shrunk back to the body. The scraper of the same specification is suitable for a wide range of boreholes.

Operating instructions:

Select a suitable scraper according to the inner diameter of the casing and determine the scraping depth;
After tightening the threads of each part, you can directly go down to the scraping part and start the pump circulation. After the circulation is normal, slowly rotate the tool while lowering it slowly, and then lift the tool repeatedly;
When there is no obvious change in the weight indicator, that is, the lower hanging weight does not fall and the upper hanging weight does not rise, it means that the scraping is clean.
