SF BALL ACTIVATED FRAC SLEEVE

The SF Bal Activated Frac Sleeve is designed for horizontal well environment by Sunrise Company. The Frac Sleeve is initially closed, when a ball is dropped and reaches on the surface of the ball seat, the Frac Sleeve can be opened by applying pressure, the piston slips and then a channel is formed between reservoir and the inner cavity of the Frac Sleeve.

The external material is optional (P110, L80 or higher grade);
The internal component (ball seat) is made of drillable materials and easy to drill out;
Full bore can be achieved after ball seat drilling out;
Max pressure rating 15,000psi;
Max rating temperature 400°F;
Wear-resistant ball seat prevents high flow and high sand ratio erosion.
