SLP HYDRAULIC SETTING RETRIEVABLE PACKER

SLP Hydraulic Retrievable Packers can withstand 10,000PSI differential pressure between upper and lower, and temperatures of 400°F, and can achieve a V0 design rating. It is a large-diameter packer with hydraulic setting and lifting and release. It combines sealing performance of the permanent packer with the flexibility of the retrievable packer, and the tail design can be modified according to the requirements of well conditions, and multiple release methods can be adopted to retrieve the packer.

FEATURES:

Size 7 5/8”and below tools can withstand 15,000PSI [103.4MPa] differential pressure highest;
Can withstand temperatures of 400°F [204°C];
Hydraulic setting, no need to rotate or lift the string during setting, and the dual-piston design reduces setting pressure and provides flexibility of operation in completions;
No need to run retrieving tools or rotate the string. This is easy to operate, and the tail design can be easily modified to meet well conditions. Multiple release methods can be released through cutting or release tools;
The slip is equipped with a release slip, and the design of slip-by-slip-release is conducive to tool release;
Integral mandrel, reducing the risk of O-ring leaking the packer;
The sand screen design prevents corrosion caused by accumulation of upper sediments in the upper slips;
The element adopts a special three-element structure design to ensure the reliability of the packer;
The whole tool has a large diameter through hole.
