DHL HYDRAULIC SET PERMANENT PACKER

DHL hydraulic set permanent packers specially designed for gas storage, can be used in extreme environments such as high temperature and high pressure. The packer can be connected to the anchor seal assembly, It was run with its liner pipe and upper production string at the same time, achieve a one-run string completion. The DHL hydraulic permanent packer is also available with an accompanying setting tool that runs the packer in conjunction with the liner it carries; The setting tool is provided with a shot-down ball seat and a spare, this approach simplify string tool configuration; Once the packer is set and the setting tool is removed, the production string can be run to tie back with the packer to begin construction.

FEATURES:

The tool can withstand up to 10,000PSI[69.0MPa] of differential internal and external pressure;
The tool can withstand temperatures up to 400℉[204℃];
Unique sealing element to achieve V0 design grade;
Bi-directional C-slips, which open easily during setting, ensure no displacement of the packer after setting;
Slips can anchor casing of TP140V and below;
Sealing cylinder and mandrel as a whole, the upper part of the rubber element has no O-ring to ensure the reliability of the packer seal; An anti-drilling mechanism is also designed to make it easier to mill out the packer;
Hydraulic setting, which does not require rotation or lifting of the string, the packer also uses a dual piston structure to reduce setting pressure;
The packer can be set with a setting tool, after setting which eliminates the need for drilling to clear the hole and provides no bottom-hole debris;
Large bore diameter through the entire tool;
