DHTP/DHTP-1 HYDRAULIC SET PERMANENT PACKER

DHTP Hydraulic Permanent packer is a permanent, milled completion packer designed for use in extreme environments such as high temperature and pressure. Ideal for single trip completion and injection wells. The DHTP-1 hydraulic permanent packer is based on the DHTP, which changes the upper tubing connection structure to a sealing bore; The packer can be connected to the anchor seal assembly, it was run with its liner pipe and upper production string; The packer can also be run and set with an accompanying setting tool. After setting is complete, the setting tool is removed and the production string can be run and tieback to begin construction.

The tool can withstand up to 15,000PSI[103.5MPa] of differential internal and external pressure;

Unique sealing element to achieve V0 design grade;
Bi-directional C-slips, which open easily during setting, ensure no displacement of the packer after setting;
Slips can anchor casing of TP155V and below;
Sealing cylinder and mandrel as a whole, the upper part of the rubber element has no O-ring to ensure the reliability of the packer seal; An anti-drilling mechanism is also designed to make it easier to mill out the packer;
Hydraulic setting, which does not require rotation or lifting of the string, the packer also uses a dual piston structure to reduce setting pressure;
Large bore diameter through the entire tool;
