SHR ROTERY RETRIEVABLE PACKER

The SHR packer is a hydraulically set, rotationally released with bidirectional anchored slips. The packer is hydraulically set and the bidirectional slips are anchored to the inner wall of the casing. The multistage cartridge seal can withstand bidirectional differential pressure. Two or more packers can be set and released in sequence as designed or set in once, isolation, separate injection and production, rock test at different depths, and stimulation operations in vertical and slightly deviated wells. This prevents early packer release due pipeline length changes during operation.

FEATURES:

The anchoring mechanism has bi-directional slips to withstand bi-directional pressures from above and below the packer;
The sealing mechanism is composed of three stage sections of two kinds of hardness rubber drum and element drum reguard, with good sealing performance;
Unique ratchet lock ring device will lock and keep setting force, element guarantee for sealing;
One or more packers can be run into the well during operation;
The unique release mechanism is simple and easy to operate. The right-handed string can be released and can be released step by step without affecting the lower packer;
In addition to the release pin, there is a release starting mechanism of the release key block to prevent early release, which can effectively avoid the risk of early release due to the length expansion of the string due to downhole operations.
